Amazing pressure washer!

I finally pulled the trigger on a Nilfisk high-pressure washer and I am so glad I did! It's fantastic! The power is incredible and it made cleaning our patio a breeze. Setup was straightforward, and it feels really robust. I'm already planning to get some accessories next. Definitely shopping here again! It would be even better if they offered more color options for consumer models.

Love my new pressure washer!

Got the high pressure washer, and it's amazing! Cleaned my patio and car like new. So powerful! It arrived quickly too. Definitely shopping here again for accessories. Highly recommend this brand!

Great parts support and service

I needed a replacement motor filter and some new squeegee blades for an older wet and dry vacuum. Finding the exact parts on their website was easier than I expected, using the model number. The parts arrived well-packaged within 4 days. I had a small question about installation, and their technical support line was quite helpful, walking me through it efficiently. The parts fit perfectly and my vacuum is running like new again. The only tiny issue was that the product image for the filter was a bit generic, so I wasn't 100% sure it was the right one until it arrived, but it was. Very satisfied with the availability of spares.

Good vacuum, quick shipping

Bought an industrial vacuum cleaner. It works well. Arrived fast. Packaging was a bit damaged but the vacuum was fine. Happy with the purchase.

Consistent quality, reliable delivery

I've ordered from Nilfisk several times now for my business. This last purchase, a new set of floor pads for our ride-on scrubber, was just as smooth as previous ones. The website is easy to navigate, and the parts always fit perfectly. Shipping took about 5 days to reach us here in Ohio, which is standard for them. My only minor wish is for more detailed tracking updates, but overall, very dependable.

Solid equipment, fair price

I bought a walk-behind sweeper for our warehouse. The machine itself is robust and performs well, making quick work of our concrete floors. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I found the price competitive compared to other brands. Delivery was on time, though the freight company didn't give a very precise arrival window which was a bit inconvenient for scheduling. Customer service was helpful when I called with a pre-purchase question. Overall, a good experience and a good value, just wish delivery windows were tighter.

Great value on floor pads

I was looking for some new floor pads and stumbled upon Nilfisk. They had a bundle deal for floor pads that was significantly cheaper than what I usually pay. The website was easy to navigate, and I got free shipping on my order, which was a nice bonus. The pads are good quality, durable, and they fit my machine perfectly. Overall, it felt like a smart purchase and I saved a good chunk of money. I just wish they had more frequent sales on larger equipment.

Good vacuum, delivery was okay

I ordered the Nilfisk industrial vacuum cleaner for my workshop. The ordering process on their site was straightforward, found what I needed without much fuss. Delivery took about 5 business days, which is reasonable though I've had faster. The vacuum itself is powerful and handles all the sawdust and metal shavings easily. It's a bit heavier than I expected, but that speaks to its sturdy build. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about filter types. The suction hose could be a little longer for my space, but it's a minor point.
